Job Description:
The Executives will report to Manager, Operations, BPO
Working at different levels, they will be responsible for:
1. Auditing airline tickets using various CRS and IATA
approved rules and regulations to combat illegal Fares
and Ticketing.
2. Providing information to the concerned airline after
auditing so that they may pass on the same to agents and
improve the quality of ticketing.
3. Ensuring that the Quality and Quantity performance are
met within the parameters set
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Preferably a graduate degree with IATA qualifications
· A certificate of a recognized course in travel & tourism,
esp. international ticketing
· Preferably experience in Fare Audit processing at a Travel
BPO
· International Ticketing experience at a reputed travel
agency dealing with international fares is desirable
· Good communication skills
· Commitment to deadlines
· A service mindset
· A “can –do� attitude
· Stability, integrity, honesty, initiative & flexibility
· Trainees / freshers are welcome to apply
